Change of Mind Return Policy
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a store credit of 100% of the price you paid for the item as a coupon if you change your mind.
- Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
- Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Conditions applying to the change of mind policy, unless otherwise stated
- All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
Items must be in new and unworn condition. - Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
- Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
- GiGoGo is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Policy.
- Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We do not refund the original fees you paid or shipping costs funded by GiGoGo for your order to be shipped.
- These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Gift Cards, Coupon
- Gift Cards, Coupon are not returnable for change of mind after purchase (except as required by law).
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund as a coupon to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If you identify a faulty item:
- Within the relevant return window for that item, you can return the item to us by contacting us through our Contact Us feature or by phone or email.
Where possible, please notify us of faulty items using the Contact Us or by contacting us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. - Faulty items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
- Factors such as age, price, the item’s condition and the disclosures made about the item may be relevant to your return and refund rights.
- We will send you a new replacement item as soon as you send the item back, we will pay the return shipping fee.
Incorrect item delivered
- If an item purchased from GiGoGo is incorrect and is not the item you ordered, any related return and refund rights we offer you will apply in addition to, and do not limit, other rights and remedies you may have under law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you identify that you were shipped the wrong item:
- Within the relevant return window for that item, you can return the item to us by contacting us through our Contact Us feature or chat or email.
Where possible, please notify us of the concerning items using the “Contact Us” message box or by contacting us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. - Faulty items do not have to be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
- Factors such as age, price, the item’s condition and the disclosures made about the item may be relevant to your return and refund rights.
- GiGoGo will cover the return shipping cost of the item by supplying a return slip or providing a refund at quoted price in an shipping company.
- A refund or replacement cannot be provided if the item has not been returned unless GiGoGo determines the return is not required or applicable.
- You will be shipped the correct item as originally ordered with a percentage of total invoice shipping cost relevant to that item.
Pre-orders
- If a pre-order item purchased from GiGoGo is unable to supplied within 12 months, any related refund rights we offer you will apply in addition to, and do not limit, other rights and remedies you may have under law.
Refunds on pre-order items
- Pre-order items are eligible for a full refund or alternative item if requested within 3 days of order date; after 3 days you may request a replacement or partial refund of the price you paid for the item, a 10 percent admin fee applies to the invoice value of any item refunded, alternatively a store credit of 100% of the original purchase price can be applied for.
- You are eligible for a 100% refund or alternative item if the pre-order shipment arrives and stock levels are not available to fulfill all outstanding customer pre-orders; you may instead choose to retain your order and wait for the next shipment.
Customer damage
- GiGoGo is not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse or tampering is, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition.
Electronics
- GiGoGo will provide you with a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price of an electronic item if the item:
Didn’t operate when it arrived; or arrived in damaged condition, and you return the item to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery.
- We do not refund any fees you paid for your order to be shipped.
- GiGoGo may test items that are returned because they did not operate upon arrival, this may result in the customer being charged a testing fee equal to 20 percent of the item purchase price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the item.
- For returns of faulty electronic items or devices after 14 days from receipt of delivery, please contact us as you may still be entitled to a remedy.
